Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

At F & F Women Store, we strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Returns & Exchanges

We offer returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

The product received is damaged.
The wrong product was delivered.
The product has a manufacturing defect.

To be eligible, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted for:

Size-related issues (please refer to the size chart before ordering).
Color variations caused by screen or device display settings.
Change of mind after purchase.
Sale, clearance, promotional, or discounted products.
Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Products without original tags and packaging.

3. Unboxing Video Requirement

For any claim regarding damaged, missing, or incorrect products, an uninterrupted unboxing video recorded from opening the sealed package is mandatory.

Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be approved.

4. Exchange Process

If your exchange request is approved:

The original product must be returned in unused condition with all tags attached.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, a replacement product will be dispatched.

5. Refunds

Refunds are issued only when:

A replacement product is unavailable, or
The issue cannot be resolved through an exchange.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are packed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

7. India-Only Service

F & F Women Store currently serves customers within India only. All return, exchange, and refund requests are governed by Indian consumer regulations and this policy.
